User Access Management

User Access Management Overview

To start the process for granting access, please use the New Access Form located on the Sodexo Live Help Desk.

This form will start the process for both accounts. See description of what each account is used for below.

Sodexo account are used for email + any of the Office365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sodexo account is auto-provisioned by an automated Sodexo process. There are two ways accounts are created:
    •  Class Codes 2 & 4s (Salaried) are auto-created and sent to Reporting Manager without being requested.
      • Usually the day before the starting date
      • Uses legal name in the HCM system
    • Class Codes 6 & 8s (Hourly) must be requested to be created.
      • Must be approved by Reporting Manager
      • Once approved, the account is created
  • All account information is sent to the person listed in HCM as their Reporting Manager.
    • Email address is not included in this email notification.

Sodexo Live (@Centerplate.com) account is used for Sodexo Live computers, CP application access and other systems. It’s referred to as a Centerplate Active Directory (AD) account.
  • This account is different from an email + Office365 licensing. You can use it for the following applications:
    • Computer login
    • CP applications
    • EMS 2.0
    • Lawson/HCM
    • Workcenter
    • Workcenter AP Portal
    • ServiceNow/Help Desk
    • zScaler
  • You may receive these login credentials before the Sodexo account.
