- January 2, 2024 – All new Sodexo.com email addresses will automatically be added into the Sodexo retention policy. Employees will be notified with instructions 30-60 days after their mailbox is created.
- There will be multiple training sessions throughout January 2024. Attend at least one to learn how to create, rename, move, and delete folders in your mailbox to meet the archive policy.

- Thursday, January 4th from 11am-11:45am (EST) – COMPLETED
- Monday, January 8th from 4-4:45pm (EST) – COMPLETED
- Wednesday, January 17th @10am (EST) – COMPLETED
- Tuesday, January 23rd @4pm (EST) – COMPLETED
- Friday, February 2nd @9am (EST)
- It is important to attend one of these sessions to learn how to the policy works and avoid deletion of messages you wish to keep.
- February 16, 2024 – All existing Sodexo Live! email addresses will have the retention policy applied.
