Voice – Employee Engagement Survey – Survey Period: April 18 to May 26

Every year, we conduct a global survey to all employees to better understand how they are feeling, what keeps them motivated and what improvements could be made to make Sodexo a better place to work.  Being engaged with your job and teams has a positive influence in your overall satisfaction, experience and wellbeing.

Because you belong to a team, whether you work in an office, at one of our sites or at home, it’s really important that you make your voice heard. Voice, our employee engagement survey, allows you to give feedback on matters directly impacting your work life.

Make Your Voice Heard

As always, and in compliance with our policy on Responsible Business Conduct, the survey is anonymous. The data will be processed only by The Happiness Index. Contact your HR Business Partner if you have any further questions about Voice and Employee Engagement.

Please ensure everyone on your team has an opportunity to take the survey.  Ideas for how to facilitate in-unit survey-taking can be found in the Toolkits found in the VOICE Spark Manual.

How To Access the Survey

For employees with a company email:

  • You will receive an email invitation with a dedicated link (reminders are automatically planned too)
  • Select the link to take part
  • Each employee only needs to answer the survey once
  • The dedicated link should only be used by the recipient of the email; hence it shouldn’t be forwarded to anyone else

For frontline employees:

  • A kiosk poster with link and QR code will be sent to their managers by the HR team
  • The survey can be accessed on any connected device* or by using the business unit equipment
  • Each employee only needs to answer the survey once

* If allowed use of personal devices, employees can use their phone to answer the questions. If not, they will use the Site Manager’s computer or other business unit device.
