Announcing Launch of Sodexo Live! Connects!

Sodexo Live! Connects is now Live! as of Friday, March 3, 2023!

Our new social-digital recognition platform provided by sister company Sodexo Inspirus, enhances employee experience by tapping into the motivators of connection and belonging through a familiar, easy-to-use social media type application.  Employees and managers can interact, collaborate, celebrate each other, and stay up-to-date on company news and engagement initiatives.  We will also use this site as a way to stay informed about announcements and initiatives happening in the Employee Experience space and the EVP: “Belong, Act, Thrive, Be Live!” using the Spotlights and Shortcuts features.

  • Celebrate: A personalized employee experience for every member of your workforce builds on the excitement of service anniversaries and milestones, birthdays and important life events.
  • Recognize: Create employee recognition moments that matter for individuals or teams, and achieve your organizational goals using peer-to-peer recognition, and service recognitions.
  • Connect: Build team culture by creating a community that inspires a sense of belonging and purpose.  Encourage employees to connect with one another and express themselves through social interaction using likes, comments and emoji’s.

HOW TO LOGIN

  • Sodexo Live!-US, Sodexo Live! Airlines & Sodexo Live!-Canada employees who have a Sodexo work email, utilize Sodexo Net, or Ingenium using Gates Single Sign On (SSO) will login by clicking on SIGN IN WITH SSO.  Please use your Sodexo credentials to authenticate and access.
  • Sodexo Live!-US, Sodexo Live! Airlines & Sodexo Live!-Canada employees who do not yet have Sodexo Single Sign On (SSO) or if you typically access INGENIUM by logging in manually, you will login by clicking on USE USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

                            USERNAME: Your work Email Address (ex. john.doe@centerplate.com)

PASSWORD: Your initial Password will be Sdx0101!

Once inside the platform you are required to change that password.

  • If you are having trouble logging into Sodexo Live! Connects you can also click Forgot Password. You will be asked to enter your work email as your USERNAME, and a reset password email will be sent to you.
  • Once registered and logged in, you will see a Spotlight card titled, “Sodexo Live! Connects Introduction,” which has FAQ’s about the platform.

There’s also a “Need help?” button on the bottom left of your screen with more information and help options.

How do I access on mobile?

    • Type this link into your URL: app.inspirusconnects.com/sodexolive or scan the QR code below.
    • Once you have the login screen,
      • For an iPhone device, click on the up-arrow icon at the bottom of the screen
      • For an Android device, click on the 3 dots at the top right of the screen
      • Scroll down and select “Add to Home Screen”
      • The Inspirus name will appear

Click on “Add”
